About the Job

We are looking for a marketing expert with experience in campaign management of paid search, social, display, and/or event marketing. You will partner closely with sales, partnerships, and our outsourced marketing agencies to create targeted media campaigns, owning both strategy and execution. You will directly impact growth at a scaling organization through the performance of your programs.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, including recent hands on campaign management and execution
  • Experience optimizing digital programs to set metrics and meeting ROI targets
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and/or Marketo (or other marketing automation systems)
  • Experience partnering with or working for a digital media agency
  • Strong familiarity with paid social and search management platforms (e.g Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Experience in the real estate or banking/lending industry (a plus but not required)

What You Will Do

  • Devise, deploy, and optimize paid search, social, display, and other media programs to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Drive reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and creative
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (sales, partnerships, leadership) to gather campaign feedback and share key insights with stakeholders
  • Develop performance forecasts and budgets, driving and executing spend optimizations
  • Own the post-form fill experience for digital programs, including landing page testing, optimization and analytics
